Marine
Yacht and vessel financing for business entities
Reissers Capital finances yachts and vessels held by LLCs and corporations for business purposes. The vessel is underwritten first: hull identification, survey and documentation carry the file. There is no FICO minimum and no personal guarantee, subject to supporting documentation and underwriting approval. A consultation leads to a preliminary term sheet within one hour during business hours.
Reissers Capital lends to business entities only and is not a consumer lender. Every loan is subject to underwriting and approval. Nothing on this page is a commitment to lend.

The vessel is underwritten first
On the marine program, underwriting begins with the asset rather than the borrower's credit file. The vessel's identity, condition and legal status are established before any question of personal credit arises. That order is what allows the program to operate with no FICO minimum and no personal guarantee, subject to supporting documentation and underwriting approval.
The borrower is a business entity, an LLC or a corporation, and the loan serves a business purpose. Reissers Capital does not finance vessels for personal or recreational use by an individual. Credit decisions involve our capital partners, and every file is reviewed on its own documentation.
Hull number, survey and documentation
Three items anchor the marine file. The hull identification number ties the vessel to its build record and title. A current marine survey, prepared by an independent surveyor, establishes condition and value. Documentation, whether federal vessel documentation or state registration, establishes ownership and any existing liens. Together they let underwriting size the loan against a verified asset.
Foreign-flagged vessels are considered subject to underwriting. The registry, the entity holding title and the lien framework of the flag state are reviewed as part of the file. A complete file moves faster than a partial one, so we set out the list of items at the consultation.
- Hull identification number
- Independent marine survey, current
- Federal documentation or state registration
- Entity formation documents and ownership chart
- Purchase agreement, where applicable
No FICO minimum and no personal guarantee
The marine program carries no FICO minimum and no personal guarantee. Both terms are subject to supporting documentation and to underwriting approval; they describe how the program is structured, not an outcome. At the consultation stage only a soft credit pull is made, which never affects a score. Applicants pay no upfront fees, ever.
Foreign nationals are welcome through a US entity. No US credit history is required on asset-based programs, which includes marine. A borrower based outside the United States who holds a vessel through a US LLC or corporation is reviewed on the vessel, the entity and the documentation, in English, French, Spanish or Arabic.
From consultation to term sheet
A consultation, by phone, WhatsApp or through the site form, leads to a preliminary term sheet within one hour during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern. The term sheet is preliminary and non-binding. It sets out the structure under review so the entity can decide whether to assemble the full file.
Reissers Capital lends from $50,000 to $50,000,000 across its programs, with $600M+ aggregate lending capacity through capital partners. The firm is based at 10275 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, Florida. Every loan is subject to underwriting and approval; nothing here is a commitment to lend.
An operator reads the plan
Reissers Capital was founded by David Hazout Levy, HEC Paris, who built and exited operating companies across four countries before lending. He reads a borrower's plan the way an operator reads it: what the vessel does for the business and how the entity carries the loan. Credit decisions involve capital partners.
Service is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. Reach the firm at +1 954 228 3601, on WhatsApp at +1 305 773 2177, or at contact@reisserscapital.com. A consultation can be booked directly at cal.com/reisserscapital/30min, or through the site form, and the preliminary term sheet follows within one hour during business hours.
Questions
Marine Financing Questions
Does the marine program require a minimum credit score?
No. The marine program carries no FICO minimum, subject to supporting documentation and to underwriting approval. The vessel is underwritten first: hull identification number, survey and documentation. At the consultation stage only a soft credit pull is made, which never affects a score. Every loan remains subject to underwriting and approval by Reissers Capital and its capital partners.
Is personal liability required from the principal?
The marine program is structured with no personal guarantee, subject to supporting documentation and to underwriting approval. The loan rests on the vessel and on the entity that holds it. Underwriting reviews the survey, the documentation and the entity's records before any term is confirmed. The preliminary term sheet is non-binding, and every loan remains subject to underwriting and approval.
Can a foreign-flagged vessel be financed?
Foreign-flagged vessels are considered subject to underwriting. The borrower must be a US entity, an LLC or a corporation, and the file must show the registry, the chain of title and the lien framework of the flag state. Each case is reviewed on its documentation. No US credit history is required on asset-based programs, and foreign nationals are welcome through a US entity.
What loan amounts does Reissers Capital consider?
Reissers Capital lends from $50,000 to $50,000,000 across its programs, with $600M+ aggregate lending capacity through capital partners. On the marine program the amount is sized against the surveyed value of the vessel, its documentation and the entity's plan. The preliminary term sheet states the structure under review; any final amount is set only if and when a file is approved.
Are there fees to apply?
No. Applicants pay no upfront fees to Reissers Capital, ever. The consultation and the preliminary term sheet cost nothing, and only a soft credit pull is made at that stage. Third-party costs that may arise in a marine transaction, such as an independent survey, are discussed at the consultation so the entity knows them before committing to anything.
How quickly does a consultation lead to terms?
A consultation leads to a preliminary term sheet within one hour during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern. The term sheet is preliminary and non-binding. Timing after that depends on the completeness of the file: hull identification, survey, documentation and entity records. Book at cal.com/reisserscapital/30min or through the site form.
