Reissers Capital LLC is a private lender for business-purpose transactions. It is not a bank or a broker-dealer, and it does not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Every loan is subject to underwriting, final approval and definitive loan documents. Business entities only. Not a consumer lender.
No offer or commitment
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a commitment or an assurance of financing, rates or terms. Any decision on financing is made only after underwriting and is reflected solely in signed loan documents.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for business entities such as LLCs and corporations pursuing business-purpose acquisitions. They are not directed at consumers and do not cover personal, family or household credit.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including the Reissers Capital name, mark and visuals, belongs to Reissers Capital LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Third-party services
Scheduling and form delivery are operated by third-party providers under their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
SMS terms: Reissers Capital Agent Partner Program
Program name: Reissers Capital Agent Partner Program, operated by Reissers Capital LLC.
Program description: real estate agents and brokers who join the partner program on reisserscapital.com/partners and tick the separate, optional SMS consent box agree to receive recurring marketing SMS messages about the program (program details, partner program news, invitations to partner onboarding calls and online sessions). Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Program name: Reissers Capital Loan Updates, operated by Reissers Capital LLC.
Who receives them: real estate investors who request a business-purpose loan quote on reisserscapital.com or on our Facebook or Instagram forms and agree to be contacted by text message.
What we send: the acknowledgement of the request with a link to their secure loan file, call scheduling and missed-call replies, the term sheet they requested and its expiry, reminders about those terms (including our appraisal-fee refund of up to $1,000), and the next steps of their file (documents, appraisal, closing). Message frequency varies with the file. Consent is not a condition of any loan.
