Who we are

Reissers Capital LLC ("Reissers", "we") is a private lender for business-purpose transactions. We are located at 10275 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, FL 33154, United States. We work with business entities only and we are not a consumer lender. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and who we share it with.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our Agent Partner Program form on reisserscapital.com/partners: your name, brokerage, email address, mobile number and, if you tick the box, your SMS consent.
• Information you submit through our consultation form: your name, entity name, email address, phone number and the asset type of interest.
• Information you give in our pre-qualification quiz: your answers (for example your goal, timeline, experience, credit score range, purchase price or property value, rent, rehab budget or amount owed), the state of the property, your name and your phone number. We also keep the result shown to you, the loan program it points to, the loan estimate computed from your answers (with a note when it is below the usual minimum loan size), an internal priority score (A, B or C) that helps our team decide who to call first and, if you add them on the result screen, the loan amount range and property details you choose to share. The estimate and the score are not an offer to lend and are not a credit decision.
• Your email address, only if you choose to give it on the result screen to receive your summary. It is optional.
• Phone number saved as you type. In the last step of the quiz, once you have typed a full 10-digit phone number, it is saved with your answers and your name (if typed) at that moment, even if you do not press the button. This is the "we save your progress as you type" feature shown on the form. A request saved this way is marked as not submitted.
• Your approximate location (country, state and city), estimated from your IP address by our hosting provider, when the page loads and again when you reach the contact step. We use it to pre-select the state of the property and the city on the result screen, and we keep it with your request.
• How you reached us: the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), the type of device, the referring page and the page you landed on.
• If you schedule a consultation through our scheduling provider, the information you provide there is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
• If you call us or write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
• Your language preference, stored locally in your browser. The cookies and browser storage we use are described in the next section.

Cookies, ad measurement and browser storage

• Google Ads tag. Our pages use the Google tag for Google Ads. It sets cookies (such as _gcl_aw) to measure which ads bring visits and requests. It records events such as page views, the quiz steps you reach, your loan goal and the property state, the result category and the loan program it points to, the loan amount range you select, the ratio shown by our DSCR calculator, and taps on our phone or WhatsApp buttons. It does not receive your name, your email, your credit score range or your price, rent or amount answers. When a request is sent from our 5-question quiz, Google also receives a conversion value of 1, 4 or 8, taken from the internal priority score described above; it does not reveal your individual answers. Your phone number is only sent hashed, as described below.
• Enhanced conversions. When you press the button to see your result, your phone number is hashed (scrambled one way with SHA-256) in your browser and sent to Google, so Google can match the request to an ad click. A phone number saved as you type, without pressing the button, is not sent to Google. Google does not use this data to contact you. How Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Browser storage. We keep the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in your browser for up to 90 days, so a request sent on a later visit is linked to the ad you first clicked. We keep the last 10 digits of a phone number already sent from your browser, with the date, so the same number is not saved twice; we stop using this after 30 days. Your quiz answers are kept in your browser tab until you close it, so you can pick up where you left off. A cookie named rc_ab5 remembers for up to 90 days which version of the quiz you were shown (we test two versions), so you see the same one on each visit. You can delete all of this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for reisserscapital.com.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a consultation, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To show you an estimate on screen and to find which loan program and funding partners may fit your request. An estimate is not an offer or a commitment to lend.
• To underwrite and process your request, including through funding partners and closing service providers involved in the transaction.
• To measure and improve our ads and our website.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not pull your credit report through this website. A lender checks credit only if you formally apply.

Sharing

We share information with funding partners, underwriting and closing service providers involved in your transaction, and with the providers that operate our form delivery and scheduling. We do not sell personal information. This sharing never includes your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent for marketing purposes.

The service providers that receive data from this website are:

• Google: ad measurement (Google tag, hashed phone number, as described above), and storage of form requests in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script.
• FormSubmit: delivers the content of a submitted form to our email inbox. A phone number saved as you type is not sent through FormSubmit.
• Our hosting provider (Netlify): hosts the website and estimates your approximate location from your IP address.
• Our customer records system: where our team manages and follows up on requests.
• Funding partners we present your request to, only when you move forward with a loan request.

SMS / text messaging: Reissers Capital Agent Partner Program

Reissers Capital LLC operates the Reissers Capital Agent Partner Program text message program. Real estate agents and brokers who join the partner program on reisserscapital.com/partners and tick the separate, optional SMS consent box agree to receive recurring marketing text messages about the program: program details, partner program news, and invitations to partner onboarding calls and online sessions. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and can be withdrawn at any time.

• Data collected for SMS: your name, brokerage, mobile number, the consent text version and the date and time of your opt-in, used only to send the messages you agreed to and to keep a record of your consent.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@reisserscapital.com or +1 954 228 3601.
• No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the messaging platform provider used to deliver the messages, solely for that purpose.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS / text messaging: loan requests

If you request a loan quote on reisserscapital.com or on our Facebook or Instagram forms and agree to be contacted by text message, we use your mobile number to send you messages about that request: the acknowledgement, call scheduling, your term sheet and its expiry, and the next steps of your file. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help.

• Data collected for SMS: your mobile number, the consent wording and page, and the date and time of your request, kept as a record of your consent.
• No sharing of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

We keep consultation and quiz records, including requests saved as you type, for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with applicable law, then delete or anonymize them. Data kept in your browser stays there until you clear it, as described above.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to contact@reisserscapital.com or to the postal address above. This includes a phone number saved as you type. You can also ask us not to contact you. To limit ad measurement, you can block or clear cookies in your browser and turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. The quiz works the same either way.

This website is meant for business users. It is not directed to anyone under 18.
