We originate loans for business entities only and we are not a consumer lender. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

• Information you submit through our consultation form: your name, entity name, email address, phone number and the asset type of interest.
• If you schedule a consultation through our scheduling provider, the information you provide there is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
• Your language preference, stored locally in your browser. We do not use tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a consultation.
• To underwrite and process your request, including through funding partners and closing service providers involved in the transaction.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

Sharing

We share information with funding partners, underwriting and closing service providers involved in your transaction, and with the providers that operate our form delivery and scheduling. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep consultation records for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with applicable law, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices
