Reissers Capital LLC ("Reissers", "we") is a commercial financing intermediary located at 10275 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, FL 33154, United States. Reissers is not a lender. We connect entity borrowers with third-party lenders for business-purpose acquisitions.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our consultation form: your name, entity name, email address, phone number and the asset type of interest.
• If you schedule a consultation through our scheduling provider, the information you provide there is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
• Your language preference, stored locally in your browser. We do not use tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and arrange a consultation.
• To introduce your entity to third-party lenders in our network, with your consent, in the course of our services.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

Sharing

We share information with third-party lenders when making introductions on your behalf, and with service providers that operate our form delivery and scheduling. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep consultation records for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with applicable law, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to contact@reisserscapital.com or to the postal address above.
